We may take and share photos of our work on our website and social media for promotional purposes; however, no personal information will ever be disclosed.

Please ensure the shower is dry, unused, and cleared of all toiletries on installation day. The new door must remain closed for 36 hours after installation. Please keep pets away from the work area and ensure a clear, safe path from the truck to the installation location (snow/ice cleared in winter).

If a glass treatment was applied, register it to activate the warranty. For best results, use a squeegee daily and clean regularly with approved glass-safe products.

We guarantee our shower enclosures to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Any claims for imperfections in the glass must be submitted within 72 hours from the day of installation.

This warranty covers the original purchaser, is non-transferable, and terminates upon the sale of the home or business where it has been installed. We will repair or replace any faulty glass and hardware at no additional charge for up to 3 years from the date of installation.

We will provide on-site service for seals and sweeps for one year from the date of installation. Warranties become effective after final payment is received. Proof of purchase is required.

• Breakage of glass, scratches, chips, water spots, mineral buildup, mold, mildew, or other defects occurring after installation
• Glass with minor scratches or seeds not visible from a distance of 3 feet (meets industry standards and will not be replaced)
• Fabrication marks from manufacturing that may become visible when glass is wet or exposed to steam (considered normal and not defects)
• Product buildup, water spots, mold, mildew, or corrosion due to improper use, lack of cleaning, or failure to use a squeegee regularly
• Acts of nature including fire, flood, earthquake, etc.
• Damage caused by faulty design, careless handling, alteration, misuse, or misapplication

This includes, but is not limited to, faulty design of shower walls, tile, curbs, or sills; leaking caused by improper sill pitch; using towel bars or handles as grab bars; or installations beyond manufacturer recommendations.

UBG&M shower enclosures are designed to resist leaks under normal use; however, no shower is completely watertight. Leakage may occur depending on shower size, layout, water pressure, and shower head placement—especially when directed toward doors or openings.

Proper curb or sill pitch is required for adequate drainage. Water exposure outside normal shower conditions or improper sill pitch is not covered under warranty.

Uneven tile or wall conditions causing dips or bows can affect the fit and appearance of frameless shower enclosures. Due to tight tolerances, minor variations such as uneven gaps or alignment differences may occur.

Glass is custom fabricated to accommodate these conditions, and slight irregularities are normal and do not affect performance or structural integrity.

Frameless shower enclosures are not designed to be airtight or steam-tight. Due to the minimal use of seals and necessary clearances for proper door operation, some steam and moisture escape is normal during use.

While optional seals or design adjustments may help reduce vapor loss, complete steam containment cannot be guaranteed.

Curbless shower designs provide an open, accessible entry but increase the risk of water escaping the enclosure. Proper slope, drainage, and shower head placement are critical to performance; however, water migration outside the shower area can still occur and is considered normal for this design.

Due to these inherent limitations, we cannot guarantee a leak-free or watertight installation. Any water escaping the enclosure is not covered under warranty. Thresholds can be added to help minimize this, but complete prevention cannot be guaranteed.

Your deposit and signature on the attached document act as acceptance of the invoice, terms and warranty, hardware, and the shower configuration per the included sketches.

If this is not the desired configuration, please notify UBG&M within 24 hours so revised documents can be provided.
